Attitude by d’Eva Cancellation policy Your appointment is very important to me. I have reserved this time especially for you and the services we have discussed. I understand emergencies and Illness happen. If this is the case, please call and I will wave cancellation fees. Thank you Eva Sharpe cancellation policy: Please read and review the policy carefully. • Your card will ONLY be charged 25% of the agreed price IF you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time. • If you no call/no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the agreed price. • If you decide to reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour period you will NOT be charged. • If you late cancel or no call/no show twice, your third appointment will be charged the full amount of the agreed price upon booking. • You are considered a no call/no show and will be charged accordingly if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time.
